Plastic and Aesthetic Research (PAR) has continued to strengthen its academic standing and international visibility, achieving a Journal Impact Factor of 2.3 (Q2, JCR Clinical Medicine - Surgery) and a CiteScore of 2.6 (Q2, Scopus Medicine - Surgery) as of June 2026. Building on this development, the journal has expanded its research portfolio to encompass clinical, translational, and basic research, as well as innovative approaches in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic medicine, while further promoting international collaboration and standardized peer-review practices. In this context, members of the PAR Editorial Board and Youth Editorial Board shared their perspectives on the journal's development, international collaboration, and future direction.
