Topic: Robotic Surgery in Gynecological Oncology

Robotic-assisted surgery has increasingly become a key approach in the management of gynecological malignancies, offering enhanced precision, reduced invasiveness, and improved postoperative recovery compared to conventional techniques. This Special Issue aims to bring together original research, clinical studies, and reviews that explore the current applications, outcomes, and future directions of robotic surgery in gynecological oncology, including its role in the treatment of cervical, endometrial, and ovarian cancers.
